Having gone through the full process of buying and selling a private property, I realized that it is a very challenging task to manage the entire process myself! Without the assistance of my capable team of realtors, bankers & conveyancing solicitors, i would not have gone through it all at a breeze. I made about ~S$500,000 in profits!

I've since used a part of the profits & invested in a very nice 2-bedroom apartment in Caribbean @ Keppel Bay (Singapore's most sought after waterfront resort where many expats are currently living). I've managed a consistent ~5% gross rental yield as a form of passive income. Thanks to my capable team of realtors, bankers & conveyancing solicitors again!

Currently, i'm renting an apartment near my children's school in Bukit Timah Road so that they can travel to their respective schools without a hassle (esp. traffic jams in the morning & after school peak hours)! My 2-bedroom rental apartment's income has managed to cover my stay in this huge 1600sqft 3-bedroom without "burning a big hole in my pocket".
